Resumo: O conceito de tratamento NobelGuide® da Nobel Biocare permite transformar o tratamento planeado em realidade clínica.
O conceito consiste num método de planeamento (baseado em modelos ou em software informático) capaz de criar uma férula cirúrgica personalizada, de acordo com o planeamento. Baseado no desenho da férula cirúrgica poderemos produzir uma prótese provisória ou definitiva, que pode ser colocada no mesmo tempo cirúrgico dos implantes. As indicações deste conceito são: maxilares total ou parcialmente desdentados; assim como, casos unitários. O principal benefício é permitir a colocação de um implante dentário e respectivo componente protético de uma forma fácil, rápida, minimamente invasiva e previsível, de acordo com o planeamento efectuado antecipadamente.
